Autoptimize not removing query strings from all my static files..

Hi so I am using your great plugin Autoptimze. I have checked “remove query strings” from static resources in the Extra section of the settings.

However when I see my http headers of files loaded I stll see version query strings in the css/js files. Why is this so? I’m using Cloudflare and have set “Ignore Query string” in the CF “Caching level” settings.

The thing is CF doesn’t cache if there are query strings in my static resources. So that’s why I want to remove query strings. My site is linked above.
