Autoptimize deletes “other customers also bought”

Hi,
the Autoptimize plugin deletes “Other customers also bought” products and pictures.
if you check out https://marienapotheke.at/produkt/marien-acerolac-zink-kapseln/ and scroll down you just see the header “Andere Kunden kauften auch” without the products. Could you please help to solve this problem?
