In my Woocommerce shop loop, I divided each row into 4 products. The first 2 rows are fine, but afterwards you see a row (3) with only 1 product. Rows 4 and 5 do show 4 products (as they should) again. Somehow, Autoptimize causes 3 blank spots in row 3. If I de-activate the plugin, the problem is solved. Any idea how I can fix this?

Well, for starters have a look at the FAQ, lots of info on troubleshooting there ??

(fluistertoon; try de-activating CSS or JS or HTML optimization to understand where the problem originates and use that knowledge to drill down and identify the root-cause & fix the problem)

Dankjewel Frank, now I knew how to approach this I was able to solve it.

I discovered that the problem occured when the option ‘Aggregate CSS in HTML’ was checked. By excluding mk-grid, I solved the problem.
