Autoptimize Breaking Site

I’ve been having this issue with the 67Biltmore.com website with Autoptimize active and Pop Up Maker active. I’ve replicated the issue in staging with Autoptimize active, ASNYC deactived, and Pop Up Maker active. You can see on the home page the inclusion of some type of hashtag at the top of the screen and most of the content is broken down below the fold.
