Hi Please read the support I received from Plug-in Company that I use as a Realtor to put the MLS Data on my Web site-KNOW AS A IDX.

In short support says that Autoptimize is is holding a cached version any page that utilizes the plugin wolfnet (IDX). This is a big problem, as the IDX is the only reason to have the web site and there are several pages (about 30 pages) utilizing this plug-in.

As suggested below, I have deactivated Autoptimize until I can find a solution that does not cause the pages to have random missing thumbnail Photos.

FYI: I was also using WP Fastest Cache, which I have deactivated as well to be safe. Wolfnet support did not indicate that this was causing the problem, but it was installed at the same time Autoptimize was. Also, the two cache programs were suggested to be installed by Google Adwords support, which is when the problem started over time.

See support email from Wolfnet plugin-IDX below, please advise.

“It appears that the caching plugin that you are using on your WordPress site, Autoptimize, is holding a cached version of your page https://dnorwood.com/arroyo-grande-homes/, which is why the thumbnail photos for the first listing are still not appearing. If you follow the link provided here, which clears out the WolfNet side caching, the thumbnail images will re-appear but only temporarily, as your caching plugin is still holding onto a version of the page with the ‘Photo Not Available’ image for the first listing.

In order to resolve this issue, you may need to reach out to the support team for the Autoptimize plugin to see if there is a way you can exclude certain pages (pages that are utilizing the WolfNet WordPress Plugin to display listings); or, you may wish to reduce the TTL, or duration, that the cached pages have with the Autoptimize plugin. There may be a few other workaround, but that is where the support team for the Autoptimize plugin would come in. Another option would be to stop using the Autoptimize plugin altogether if none of these other options are appealing”.

Afraid Autoptimize does not cache pages @norwood451; it just optimizes JS & CSS and caches optimized versions of those. The page caching component in your case indeed is WP Fastest Cache.

    hope this clarifies,
    frank
