    Hi,

We are having some page speed issues. We created the website https://babyscans.co.uk as a test site then replicated it at https://babyscanning.co.uk which is our primary website.

Our problem is that we had good page speed score for mobile at 72 however since we made a few changes on https://babyscanning.co.uk our page speed score has taken a massive hit.

Changes made Update WordPress & Divi.
Install SSL certificate and Really Simple SSL Plugin.

Since these changes our mobile page score has dropped to 46.

After a checking it seems the lazy load is not working on https://babyscanning.co.uk however is working on https://babyscans.co.uk could you let me know how I can rectify this situation?

    Thanks and Kind Regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

hmm … based on the HTML source I would say it isn’t working in either of those 2, as the lazyload placeholder isn’t in the HTML and there is not data-src attribute.

so can you disable HTML optimization (or W3TC) for a second, I think the root cause is in a weird (but known) conflict between W3TC & AO and the impact on HTML optimization.

alternatively you could also download AO26 (beta) to give that a try, for which the lazyload logic has improved for some edge-cases.
