Autoptimize “Aggregate all linked js-files” affects mobile menu, not working

Hello, I am having a problem with the Autoptimize plugin. Whenever I check “Aggregate all linked JS-files…” my mobile’s drop down menu stops working. Can you help me fix this? I want to check this option since it speeds up my website and when I uncheck it, my website’s speed is affected negatively.
