Autoposts no longer working, Instagram sentry block and no answers from support

I’ve been using SNAP for almost one year (due to renew 5/17) and it has been working really well until the last few months.
I started having issues with posts not triggering SNAP to share them. Cron checks passed each time. This was using the ‘Use WP Cron to Schedule autopost’ option checked and I would typically set up a post to go live at 6:40am. I would find that posts had gone live without triggering SNAP and then had to click the button on the post to manually send to social networks.
I then changed to ‘Publish Immediately’ which seemed to work at first but then I got the Instagram Sentry block error message and can’t get out of it. I can post to Instagram manually using the app and website but not via SNAP/WP. The current instructions on using a proxy on the Nextscripts website are useless.
Today, my post wasn’t sent to any network.
I had an open support ticket #617845 and wrote back to Ludwig several times with my log but received no answer for the past 2-3 weeks. Opened a new support ticket yesterday and still no answer.
This is not instilling much confidence in me as I approach the time to renew this API for one year. I currently post to FB, IG, Twitter, Tumbler, Google Plus and Pinterest but really care about the first two of which IG is no blocked (I presume from using the Publish Immediately option as I has used the Use WP Cron for the past year without this particular issue).
