Autopost removing link from text in excerpt

I’d be grateful if anyone can offer some advice on the following please.

Some of the text in my excerpts is hyperlinked. The hyperlink is showing in the RSS feed and the embedded shortcode version, but being stripped from the autopost to a category version.

I have ticked the option ‘Keep limited HTML in the excerpt‘.

This is an example from the shortcode version. The text at the bottom of the excerpt (“CJII Report”) is correctly hyperlinked.
