Autopost Google Plus – 2 simple questions

    i set up the autoposting on google plus. now since some days im trying to find out how i can solve my 2 problems with this situation.
    prob 1: jetpack posts a fixed picture in the post on google plus, but′s the wrong one.
    prob 2: jetpack posts the news only visible for me but i want it to be posted puplic for everyone.

    someone here who can tell me what i got 2 do please?
