Autopopulated field, show title of the referrer page in a field in form

Let’s say I have two pages: Page A, Page B. Both of them will link to the same form, but the form must have a field at the top “Linked from” and it will either say “Page A” or “Page B”..

This is essentially a job form and it will display the job position applying for in that top field.

I currently have it set up with the merge field {embed_url} and it gives me the result: /employment-opportunities/apply/?job-title=Veterinarian

I would love to be able to parse this to just say “Veterinarian”.. Is this possible with GF?
