    Hi,
    I cannot find Auto populate options when a user logged in then his first name last name and email will automatically come in frontend.

    Is it possible in the plugin?

    Thanks,

    Hi @zotezo,

    To do what you’ve described, you can use what we call Smart Tags as the Default Value of a field in the form builder.

    Specifically you can use the {user_first_name}, {user_last_name}, and {user_email} Smart Tags.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,
    We have created a form https://www.zotezo.com/contact-us/
    In order to track user (customer name)[first and last name],Customer email and customer Phone number we have use this smart tags
    {user_first_name}
    {user_last_name}
    {user_email}
    But where to add that smart tag options in existing form field First Name,Last Name and Email address options?
    Thanks

    Hi @zotezo,

    In the form builder, you can click on the field to go to its Advanced Options and add the Smart Tag to its Default Value field. Please see these screenshots for the Name field and the Email field.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,
    One issue I am facing when the AMP url (when google totally validate the page)
    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.zotezo.com/in/reviews/dolo-650mg-tablet/%3famp (for AMP URL)
    then report an error submit button is not working
    What is the issue why the form is not working on AMP?

    But one more question is it possible to auto hide that field when someone logged in (i mean first name last name and email).
    Further the submitted entries are entered into database or simply received email only?
    In lite version have there any option to see entries from admin and export the results.

    As this lite version is required for AMP only..

    Hi @zotezo,

    We don’t have the option to hide fields when users are logged in.

    In WPForms Lite submissions are sent out as notification emails, and you can check out our tutorial on how to set up notification emails.

    The entry management features are available with any of our paid licenses.

    I apologize as I can’t replicate the issue you’ve described when I followed the link https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.zotezo.com/contact-us/%3famp to submit the form.

    When you get the chance could you try again?

    Thanks

    Hi @zotezo,

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hope this helps!

    No conflict actually it is the issue with google AMP cache.We’ve logged a GitHub issue on your behalf, you can see more below:
    https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/28103

    Once that gets resolved on the AMP Projects side it should work as normal. The issue is only for visitors to your site when served from AMPcache.

    Will your plugin support multisite?

    Hi @zotezo,

    Thanks for letting us know!

    Yes, WPForms Lite can be used on a multisite and you can install the plugin at the Network level and activate it on the subsite level.

    Hope this helps!
