Autoplay video and poster image

  • I want to have a video autoplay and loop on my homepage only with a poster or fallback image for mobile devices because they do not allow autoplay but instead show a solid black screen.
    I tried the SiteOrigins video background widget but it does not work for some reason.
    Is there a code I can use within the SiteOrigin Editor widget to get the video to show up in both Desktop and mobile formats?

    For custom coding or design implementations you should seek a wordpress developer. There are a lot of places on the internet where you can find one.

    Really? Is this where the “Forum” is headed? I have always received some great help from www.remarpro.com, I hope this is NOT going to be an ongoing response for any questions I may have in the future. It would then cease to be a forum.
