Autoplay problem

    Good morning/afternoon.
    I have videos on my slideshow and they are working perfectly on PC. However on mobile they do not autoplay. Is there a reason for this?

    Hey,

    Please note that the autoplay is switched off in the Mobile browsers in general, not particularly in the Slider WD. You can read more information about the reasons here.
