Autoplay not working on tablet (Android)

    Hello! I’m using this great plugin for a client’s website but for some reason, she say she have to click twice the play button on her android tablet to be able to ear the music (and actually it should be in autoplay mode). Works fine on mobile devices and desktop too! The problems seems to be only on tablet (Android, didn’t checked from iOs).

    Hi, can you confirm with your client to make sure her tablet is up to date with settings, operating system etc? Also make sure you ask her to clear the browser cache and try again.

    Hello again!
    So I asked, and probably on Android is the system, since she has Android 7 on ti and can’t update.

    While, seems that in iOs is not working ether on mobile! iOs version 14.6

    Hi, can you share the shortcode you are currently using?

    Note: The autoplay does not play in IOS devices. IOS devices (iPhone iPad) do not allow you to do autoplay. This is a functionality that Apple prevents on their devices. Nothing we can do in the plugin for this unfortunately.
