    [sc_embed_player autoplay=”true” fileurl=”https://fsyachting.gr/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/ambientchilout.mp3″%5D

    Hi,

I tested the following shortcode in 4 browsers and it work for me.

    [sc_embed_player autoplay="true" fileurl="https://fsyachting.gr/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/ambientchilout.mp3"]

The only browser I had a problem with is Microsoft Edge and that is because of the security settings in the browser. However in Firefox, Google Chrome and SeaMonkey the sound auto played without a problem ?? I can confirm that it is working as expected.

If you have an issue with the above shortcode, then I suspect that there might be a conflict with one of your other plugins or theme. If that is the case, then I suggest that you carry out a plugin/theme conflict test.

    Kind regards.

When I was logged in as administrator in frontend in both websites the music start automaticaly. The problem is in when I was load the websites as guest.

Hi, which browser are you using? Try using different browsers for testing purposes. Also make sure you clear the browser cache. Let me know how you go.

    Regards.

Hi – Conversely, `”autoplay=”false”‘ doesn’t seem to prevent audio from starting automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks!

”autoplay=”false” works with Firefox but not Chrome or Edge. Insight appreciated.
