Autoplay Classic Editor

    Is it possible to disable the autoplay for the image slideshow in the Classic Editor? My client is not willing to use the Gutenberg, and therefore, I can’t customise the autoplay settings per post. He doesn’t want autoplaying carousels.

    Hi there, @wixadre,

    To disable the autoplay for image slideshows in the Classic Editor, you could use the shortcode attributes. To prevent autoplay, you should add the attribute autoplay="false" to the gallery shortcode in your post.

    For example:?[gallery ids="729,732,731,720" autoplay="false"]
