autoplay and full screen

Hallo,

I’d like to suggest two small but nice additional feature to this simple but useful plugin:
– auto move on next pic: a simple timer that automatically switch on the next pic in the album.
– full screen: a button that force the browser to switch in full screen mode and in the same time use the full screen resolution to display the images.

Actually I’ve tried to obtain these feature simply substituting the lightbox.js and css with a mod version that implement this function, but nothing change (no additional control button are visible). So I suppose a more complex update is needed.
