Autonticate my website in Chrome

Hello, I installed your plugin of ALD – Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce. As was explained in the video instructions I downloaded the plugin in Chrome browser, then tried to authenticate my website with the security key in two ways that were shown in the movie- but with no success.
I can’t figure out why this is happening- please help me.
