Automic share is on and connected social media but not sharing the posts

I have successfully connected Jetpack to my all sites and connected my social media accounts in sharing options in jetpack setting for my sites easynotes4u.com, learnmitra.com, when I sharing posts then it shared to all social media except Facebook page, no on any site the jetpack sharing the posts on Facebook, this issue is continued fro last 3 months. I tried to contact you many times, but there was no way to directly contact you.. or no support email found you to send you details, so at last, I am writing here to fix this bug on priority.
