Automatting JetPack connection for multisite blogs

I’m working on using WPMU.org’s Pro Sites plugin to set up a multisite subscription network of blogs. I want to pre-install JetPack on every blog, but I want all JetPack connections to be tied to a single WordPress.com account owned by the network, so each individual user does not have to set up their own WordPress.com account and connect JetPack themselves.
The reason for this, is it’s for a large corporation’s sales staff and I want it frictionless – that they get JetPack connected with specific sub JetPack services activated, like Photon or Brute Protect.
We want to manage this centrally, so the sales people do not have to do any heavy lifting to subscribe to anything they don’t need to. They are busy with sales and we want to make sure we can support their needs without them having to take any specific action other than to login and blog.
