    Hi,

I have a site with several automator recipes that are triggered by an incoming webhook.

They were all working for weeks, and then suddenly, without any changes to the recipe or the way the hooks were being sent, one of them stopped performing actions when receiving a hook.

I’ve confirmed that upon the hook being sent, I’m receiving a 200 response from Uncanny Automator. I’ve even tried deleting the recipe and re-creating it, which generated a new hook URL that I’ve switched to. When the hooks are sent, the recipe does not even show as being triggered in Automator logs.

It’s strange that just this one recipe stopped working…any ideas?

Hi @andriyetch , any chance you can confirm your Automator version, both free and Pro (if you’re using it)? Can you also send us a screenshot of the recipe, either here or to [email protected]? Maybe also for one of the recipes that’s working fine, just so we can look for possible differences?

    Thanks

Hi @andriyetch , since it has been a few weeks, we’ll go ahead and mark this as closed. Let us know though if you need additional help.
