    Hello.

    I have the plugin installed for several months now and it wass working fine but since few days something it’s wrong with the automations.

    The old automations are not getting send (only work with the new ones), I’ve even try with the function “Send test” but it’s not working either.

    It’s strage cause this only affects 2 automations, the rest works correctly.

    I’ve try deactiving and reactiving the plugin, deactiving and reactiving the automations, creating a new one but stills it’s not working.

    All the plugins on the website are updated.
    Please, I need help.

    Would you mind telling me, what events are those automations assigned to?

    Does “Send test” display any error information you could share with us?

    Hello @bartj thanks for your reply.

    The events assigned are:

    1. Run automation when an order status is processing
    2. Run automation when an order status is complete

    The filter is for the same product and the action it’s to send a email.

    The “Send test” shows that the email was send correctly, but it didn’t really send.

    I have tried with several emails but the test email does not reach any

    Please help.

    Hi @skus

    In such case, I would ask you to enable debugging in ShopMagic and send over the logger data (you may use some temporary access service, like pastebin.com with a week expiration).

    You can enable logger in ShopMagic → Settings → Enable logger. Try to reproduce the issue (whole automation flow, not the test) and send us log file with collected information.
