    Dear Fluent CRM team,

    I have the paid pro version of your plugin and set up some automations, which should be triggered automatically when a Woocommerce order containing a certain product is marked as complete. However, they just don’t trigger! What could be the reason for this?

    Sorry for the delayed response. Please make sure you have published the automation (see this screenshot).

    If you have the automation published and it still not triggered then can please create a video of the full automation setup so we can have a better understanding of the issue?
