I set up an email automation with FluentCRM. The email automation I set up goes thus:

    • User fills out a Fluent form
    • A wait 2 minutes action
    • Send a custom email
    • …etc.

The problem is once it hits the wait action, it doesn’t proceed to the next action.

I have tried all I could but what I noticed is the automation stops proceeding once it hit a wait action and the time has expired.

Please, help me with a solution.

    Hi @kayodefaith,

As the automation gets stuck in the delay block so there is probably a Cron job issue on your site.

I would suggest you to setup a custom Cron job as per this guideline: https://fluentcrm.com/docs/replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job/

I hope fixing the cron job issue will fix the issue that you are facing.

    Thank you!

    Thanks. It’s working now!

I followed the guide on the page you sent and that resolved the issue.

Glad to hear that the issue is resolved ??

Feel free to let us know if you face any other issues.

    Thank you!

Hi. I have the same issue! Automations stopped working after set up FluentForm Pro. Now I have created server side Cron as you mentioned it. The automation should go automaticly forwards after these changes?

Please note that for some reason cron does not start if automatization has a status draft, working fine with status publish. Dear plugin devs please consider, maybe it’s a bug.
