Automation – Send Notification Email – Shortcode

    Is it possible to include short codes in the Email body field of this notification? Unlike the email body section of the ‘Send Email’ step, there is no shortcode values to be entered.

    Hi @usdan,

    at the moment, we do not plan to support shortcodes in the send notification email, mainly because these shortcodes are referencing to a subscriber. In the case of the Send Notification step, it is ambiguous who is the subscriber and there might not be a subscriber at all.

    But we are collecting feature requests here https://mailpoet.canny.io/. If you want to see this feature developed, it would be great, if you could open a request there, so we are able to gauge interest in this.
