    Hi!

First of all, thank you for a great plugin! It’s the best e-mail marketing plugin I’ve seen!

    Now to my question:

I’ve activated some automation funnels. When a user signs up with role X they should be added to the X mailing list. However, they don’t get added to any list.

I activated the Settings -> General settings -> Enable Create new contacts in FluentCRM when user register in WordPress. Now this works, the user is added to the list I’ve selected.

I think I have figured it out, the first option where I can use automates funnels is for the sign up form. The second option only works for when a user registers on the site. Am I right?

If yes, it would be of great use to be able to sort the users to different lists depending on their user role. Maybe you could add the option under the Trigger part when creating an automatic funnel next to New User Sign Up.

If no, what am I doing wrong?

One fix could of course be to add all registering users to a New users list and manually sort them to the correct list, that would however take a great deal of time.

    Looking forward to your answer.

    With best regards,

    bb

    Hello @bba01
We are developing a role-based tagging system in our next version. For now, you can select one list or tag for user registration sync.

    Thanks
