Automation for users who never logs in

    Hi, we bulk import users to our site with csv. This then triggers the normal wordpress email where they get sent a link to set their password.

    How do I make an automation so that I send an email reminder to those given access but never logged in or set their passwords after an X amount of days?

    Hi @ecarmie ,

    Please check the users’ user meta to see if the last login value has been stored.

    Then you can do an All users automation where you can use a Meta Condition to check that the user has not logged in to the website.

    You can do this automation on a recurring basis, for example weekly.
