  • Hello ! I start using your plugin and it looks really great ! I just have a problem when trying to create my first automation rule, I got this error:

    There was a problem creating your automation rule. Please try again

    Nothing more.. Do you have an idea what I’m doing wrong here ? everything else seems to work great..

    Hi @lebus,

    Thanks. The error is shown when WordPress is unable to add your automation rule to the database. The biggest cause might be that the automation rules table does not exist in your database. Do check if it exists, it might be named something like “wp_noptin_automation_rules”.

    If it does exist, do add these changes to your website then check the Noptin debug log after trying to create an automation rule. It will contain the exact error that’s causing this.

    Note: If you don’t have time to add the changes to your website, no worries, they will be shipped in today’s release.
