    Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using your plugin and I have a query regarding one of its functionalities. Specifically, I am interested to know if there is a feature that allows the “incomplete” access to be created automatically after a certain time period, let’s say 48 hours, in case the customer hasn’t done it themselves.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your help and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Currently we offer a trial period. Let me know if this is what you are looking for. Please check the following documentation.

Hello and thank you for the response ?? Actually, no. What I would like is for the account to be created automatically after 48 hours if the client hasn’t created their account. Let me explain:

The client purchases my product, which has a specific member access configured. The client receives an email to create their account with their username and password.

“If the client doesn’t create the account, their access remains ‘incomplete.’ I have two options:

1- I can resend them the account creation email using the dedicated function of the plugin. 2- I can use the account creation link to create the account myself and then send them their credentials (which I would choose) via email.

I would like a third option, where if the client hasn’t created their account within 48 hours of purchase, the account is automatically created and the credentials are sent to them automatically.

I’m asking for this because often clients don’t receive the account creation email and think they’ve been scammed.

If the plugin doesn’t offer this option, I could potentially ask a developer to create it for me?

    Thank you for the response.

    Hi,

I would like a third option, where if the client hasn’t created their account within 48 hours of purchase, the account is automatically created and the credentials are sent to them automatically.

Unfortunately that is not currently possible in our plugin. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate your suggestion.

    Kind regards.

Hi, The best way handle what you explained is to use the following registration scenario:

    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/allowing-members-create-account-prior-completing-membership-payment/

In this scenario, you are not reliant on the user to ever receive an email. The user will create the account before they do.

If you want to hire us to get some customization/development work done, you can use the contact option on our website.

Regarding the email issue you mentioned, here is my opinion. If you are creating a business website, simply accepting that the emails from your site don’t work is not a satisfactory answer. Instead, it would be more beneficial to address the situation by contacting your hosting provider and inquiring about the reason behind the malfunctioning email functionality. Additionally, you can inquire about setting up the server’s email configuration parameters correctly to ensure proper email functioning on your site. Generally, this can be resolved by utilizing SMTP and accurately configuring the email parameters on your server.
