Automating message while troubleshooting the source of current message

What I would like to automate is:
1. “Hi there. Got a question? We’re here to help. Right now, we are offline. Please enter your emailid for us to respond”
The user enters emailid xxx@emailid.
2. “Please enter your message”
3. Once user submits the message,
“Thanks for contacting us xxx@emaililid. We will soon get in touch.”Help appreciated.
