Automaticly insert picture after Page link

And here’s the problem: I have managed to insert a picture after the Page link (hardcoded img-tag into the “template-functions-post.php” file and inside the “_page_level_out” function. Not the best solution I know but it works). Problem is that i don’t want that picture to appear in childpage links…
Any ideas how to get rid of that picture in childpages?
