Automaticily post blog posts to a selection of social networks

I’m looking for the best plugin, I would like to do this:

When a blog is posted on WordPress, it should be automaticily posted on Facebook, Twitter and a selection of other social network sites (Stumbleupon, Diggit,…)

What’s the best plugin if you want to do this?
