automaticaly add profile data

  • When user registers to blog i want automatically add information to hist profile, sth like:

    I am registered <?php bloginfo('name'); ?> user.

    I understand it should be some tweaks with wp-register.php?

    Any answers out there yet? I’d also like to have the user populate profile information upon registration. How would I do that?
