• Everytime I click “There is a new version of XXX available. View version X.X.X Details or upgrade automatically.” for the automatic upgrade it brings me to this screen which has never happened before:

I don’t understand why it does this. On top of that, it takes at least 5-10 minutes to upgrade the plugin and half of the time it fails to upgrade.

I could really use help, because this is becoming a really big issue.

    Someone?

I’ve never had that happen…the update should just happen right there in your admin panel as you watch.

That grabup.com site you linked to looks like some kind of image hosting service. Did you create an account? Maybe your computer is set to redirect there somehow. Do you have a plugin from them you are using? Or is that actually your site?

That’s what should happen, but I always get that “Connection Information” page as shown in the screen shot.

I have no idea what you are talking about grabup, that is just a screen shot of the page I get when I try to upgrade a plugin.

Sorry…I misunderstood. I thought the link was what you got. I’ve never seen a login prompt like that…maybe someone else can help.

I’ll ask my host, because I tried to do it on a different one and it worked fine. I appreciate your support, thanks. ??

I get this same page, if I try to auto-upgrade WP on my personal computer, where I run a mirror copy for testing purposes. I cannot get past it.

I do NOT see that page when auto-upgrading WP on my server computer, which always works perfectly.
