Automatically update a page when tagged in a post.

I want to add a our team page to my blog that just has a list of everyones name that links to another page with a photo their bio. which is not a big deal.

When I add a new post that makes a reference to a team member I would like to be able to tag it with that persons name and then have wordpess to automatically add a title date and link to said article in the persons bio page. That way when a visitor came to a persons bio page they would not only see a photo and bio but would be able to see all the latest and past news about that person as well.

is this possible?
