Automatically toggle/open tab block after clicking anchor/link

I need some assistance please.
How can I open one of the tabs using an anchor link?
Example
– Hover over About us
– click on one of the dropdown menus link example service offerings
– the link should dropdown to where the tabs are and open the Service offerings tab.The Anchor URL should also show the correct URL example:
https://z-caliber-machinery.co.za.dedi1011.jnb2.host-h.net/about-us/#service-offeringsHow can I do this?
