I believe you are using WooCommerce. You will need to do the following to send automatic emails, containing links to review the order, for each purchase.
1.) Install our free plugin Ultimate WP Mail.
2.) Go to Ultimate WP Mail’s Add new Tab
3.) Add a new block by clicking on “1-Column”. You can choose a template instead if you want.
4.) Click on the pencil icon in the block to edit it
5.) Add some WooCommerce Variables to it by clicking on Email Variables > WooCommerce
6.) Add whatever variable you want, you can keep repeating step 5 until you are ready.
7.) Once you are ready, Click on Save.
8.) Go to Reviews plugin > Options > WooCommerce
9.) Enable the Replace WooCommerce Reviews option
10.) Scroll down to the Review Reminder Emails section
11.) Click on Add
12.) Select your newly created email for Email to Send
13.) Click on Save at the bottom
I suggest you add an item for $0 on your WooCommerce site and purchase it, so you can see if you get the review email.
