Automatically Select Downloadable PDFs using CF7 radio buttons

I’d like to create a CF7 form with a radio button list of pdfs, so that when one radio button is selected and the form is submitted, it automatically opens the specific requested pdf in a browser. The user should only be able to select one pdf at a time for viewing with each form submission.

I’d appreciate any suggestions as to how this can be done on a WordPress site.
