Automatically select certain user roles.

I was wondering whether its possible to automatically select certain user roles to see the content anyways.
I have a lot of user roles, and I want the administrator and a couple of other user_roles to see the content.
Preferably, I would like to hide these 3 user_roles.
Is this possible ?Regards.
