Automatically Register and add players

Hi there
Is it possible to create a registration form for players, where they select their club, and upon registration automatically add the player to that specific club and club player list.
I created a list for each club, and want players to register on the website without admin access, and it then has to automatically save it to that clubs player list.
I have Sportspress Pro.
