Hello, hope you are doing well.

I would like to know if it is possible to configure LiteSpeed Cache to automatically delete expired transients at regular intervals. If it is possible, could you please guide me on how to do it?

    Thanks!

There is not possible to do this.
If transient is expired it will be auto updated, in background by plugin/theme that created(if is created/updated) correctly.

    Hello,

Given that LiteSpeed Cache can display the number of expired transients and offers an option to manually purge them, it suggests that the plugin is already scanning the database to identify expired transients.

Given this capability, I’m curious why it isn’t possible to configure LiteSpeed Cache to automatically purge expired transients at regular intervals. It seems that the technical ability to do so already exists within the plugin.

Could you please provide more insight into why this feature is not available as an automatic option? Are there specific technical challenges or compatibility issues that prevent its implementation?

You asked if is possible to configure LSC to auto delete transients: is not possible because we do not have this integrated.

We can do auto deleting, but for now is not in our plans to add this functionality.
