    ‘m experiencing a recurring issue with my WooCommerce store where order statuses automatically change from “Processing” to “Pending Payment” for prepaid as well as COD orders. This seems to occur post integration with a shipment tracking plugin and Shiprocket. When an order is scheduled in Shiprocket, the status shifts unexpectedly. All plugins are updated, and standard conflict checks (like disabling other plugins) have been performed. Looking for insights or solutions to resolve this specific issue. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

    This is a know issue when using “Order Push” feature of shiprocket. It is not caused because of this plugin.

    The status “Shipped”, “In-Transit” etc are by default not supported in Woocommerce, thats why when shiprocket is changing the status (which is not recognized by woocommerce), it is being updated to Pending Payment.

    The solution is to define custom order statuses in woocommerce using third party plugin such as “Custom Order Status in woocommerce”.

    We do not recommend setting custom order statuses in woocommerce, this plugin defines a new status known as “Shipment status” to keep track of shipment’s current status which is sufficient for most of the cases.

    Please disable “Order Push” option in your channel settings of shiprocket to fix the issue.
