Automatically Insert image on upload (frontend)

Hi,

On a new website of mine, everyone can make posts. I edited WP User Frontend, so now it works with wp_editor. First I wanted a custom Media Uploader, but now I see, that is not possible in frontend. (Members can’t go to wp-admin). (?)

Then I wanted to add a custom TinyMCE button, where you also could upload and insert an image, but without all the extra possibilities. I also don’t know how to do that after all the search.

Now i want to automatically insert an image after uploading it, instead of seeing all the options and having to click on ‘Insert Image’.

I hope you can help me with my problem, I would be very grateful.
