Automatically get the discount with link in the mail

Hello,

I come to you because we have installed the Gift Cards module in its free version on our Woocommerce store. This one works fine except for one point:

When the customer receives the email with the Gift card there is a button to the store at the bottom of the email. Normally if the user clicks on this button it should automatically apply the reduction but this is not the case.

In fact, when the button is clicked, the visitor who received the email is redirected to the product page but the reduction is not applied automatically.

Is this normal?
