The added ?s= is the WordPress search feature. Your site has a search icon in the upper right corner that links to the post/page with an empty search parameter to display the search box. When Google crawls the page, it finds that link and processes it as a potential page.

As this search is most likely included as part of your theme, please report the issue to the theme author.

Please please please remove me from the emails. I’m getting insane amounts of them, including ones that have nothing to do with my issue and even though I have unchecked the Notify box. Thank you.
