Automatically Create Download Links Page of Posts in WordPress

I created an APK site and a custom field called app_dl_link to put download link of apps.

But i want to redirect my visitor to sperate download page where the download link will be displayed.

For example: My Post permalink is example.com/app/play-store/ and Download page permalink will be example.com/app/play-store/download/

How Can i do this with my site, Just like another apk sites such as Moddroid, Apkpure, Apkmirror, etc.
