I checked the “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” and “Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page” option in Woocommerce.
When I created an customers account during checkout, the “Automatically Create Affiliate Account for WooCommerce Customers” is work, it successfully created an Affiliate Account for customers. Open the Affiliate Home page, you can see the Affiliate Account information.
When I create an customers account through My Account in the Home Menu Bar, the “Automatically Create Affiliate Account for WooCommerce Customers” didn’t work. It does not automatically create an Affiliate Account for customers. open the Affiliate Home page and it will display: “This is The affiliates section of this store. You are not currently an affiliate of this store. If you wish to become one, please apply.”
    Please help me.
I registered an account with your support forum, but I did not receive the password, so I can’t log in to your support forum. I am using Google Mail. Please check your email configuration.
And what is the difference between your paid version and the free version?

    Hi,

When I created an customers account during checkout, the “Automatically Create Affiliate Account for WooCommerce Customers” is work, it successfully created an Affiliate Account for customers. Open the Affiliate Home page, you can see the Affiliate Account information.

I assume you have installed the following addon?

When I create an customers account through My Account in the Home Menu Bar, the “Automatically Create Affiliate Account for WooCommerce Customers” didn’t work.

Are you saying that when you create an account as admin, in WooCommerce it does not create the affiliate account. Is this correct?

And what is the difference between your paid version and the free version?

There is no difference in the functionality. You can purchase the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin).

    Kind regards

@fairfang730, Currently the addon only creates an affiliate account when a new WooCommerce customer is created at checkout.
