    Hi!

I have created a form with the “Form maker” plugin and I would like to know if there is a way to create a ticket when the customer sumbits that form so he/she can have a way to see the tracking state of that form.

I would really be gratefull if I can finally achieve this!

    Thank you in advanced

    Hi @aaroncabanas,

We do not currently have any integration with 3rd party forms.

Therefore, to create a ticket on submission of a form created with Form Maker, there would be 2 possible options…

    1. Custom coding – Without diving into the Form Maker code, I cannot currently comment on how easy this would be. If this is the route you would like to go and need some assistance, please contact us via our website.

    2. If Form Maker integrates with Zapier, you could accomplish the new tickets by creating a Zapier trigger when a form is submitted and then using the KB Support Create Ticket Zapier action to send that data and create a new ticket. This would require our Zapier extension to be installed and activated however.
