Automatically convert to custom post type after posting?

  • Hello all.
    I was wondering if there was a plug-in or some method to convert regular posts to a custom post type automatically?
    I’m currently using AutoBlogged to post RSS feed, but I would rather be that the posts be of another type. From my knowledge, I can’t designate AutoBlogged to have the posts be of another type, so I am unsure of what to do.
    Is this possible?
    I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section – this is my first time using WP forums!
